Just a Quickie

Hello! Here is a last minute card I made for the Gina K release party the other day. It's different than my usual style. I rarely ever use any color other than black for stamping outline images, but this time I decided to stamp with Memento London Fog to go for a softer look.

All the images and cardstock are from the new StampTV Kit, Spring Mix.

I decided to play along with the SCS Teapot Tuesday challenge this week, hosted by Cindy Motherway. I just love the silly stories she posts to go along with her challenges.

In true tea party fashion, I bring you the story of Loosie Goosie. Loosie Goosie is the long lost cousin (7th coursin, two species removed, to be specific) of Ruby the Flat Footed Booby. Loosie Goosie has flat feet, too, but she doesn't care! She is a party girl and when she heard everyone was headed to the Galapagos, she tied on her prettiest ribbon and set out on her flat feet to join in on the fun. She doesn't have any new shoes to give to Ruby the Flat Footed Booby, but she is bringing along an extra ribbon to give her, because as everyone knows, it's the accessories that make the bird!

Thanks for stopping by. I'm working on my tip sheet for my new stamp set, Sending Sunshine. I'll try to have it up in the next day or two. Have a great day!

I love that duck. There are other stamps in the set that I like but there are so many that are repeats or just like the ones I have from other sets.

Is there another set that the duck is in? I can't justify the price for a duck stamp.

I have your new set on order so I am anxious to see more cards from you. Every time you have a set it seems to be just my tastes and I have to have it. I need to change my labels of my stamp sets to "Teresa Momber stamps from GinaK" and give you your own section.

Thanks

Lori
