Hi. Thank you to so many that have taken the time to help out Camp Cocker. There are less than 24 hours left in the contest. I wanted to share a video so you can see why I am so inspired to do what I can to help Camp Cocker win.
I saw an update about Stanley several weeks ago. He is a new dog and found his forever home, thanks for people like you that did just one small thing. If you haven't tweeted for Camp Cocker yet, please do. See the details in this post.
I'll be back with a new release project to share with you soon. Gina K release party tonight! (Tuesday)

Ok just watched the video and now am sitting here with tears streaming down my face! It makes me so angry that any animal should suffer, they are here on this earth for such a short time, and deserve the best us humans can provide!
Theresa thanks for posting this. I am a dog lover and do whatever I can in my area. I have 3 doggie babies of my own and don't know what I would do without theire unconditional love. People just need to open up their hearts just a little and let a pet in.

Did it!!! I am an animal lover, too, Theresa, and work hand in hand with our local no-kill shelter, trying to help keep it up and running. DH just built them a new sewage plant to keep them in compliance, and I help on the inside, helping to keep the animals on Pet-Finder, etc... I commend you for what you are doing. Hugs...
Ok, I'm a big baby sitting here crying. 2 of my 3 dogs are rescue dogs. Our last one, we adopted last year, we are her 4th and forever home. It took a month before she finally wagged her tail for the first time, I cried. She is still a little skittish, but still getting better all the time.
Wow, that was a heart tugging video. I love those animals and can't believe how cruel people can be to them. I donate food to our local animal shelter to help keep them healthy for adoption. Thank you, Theresa, for sharing this and the heigl foundation with us.
I'm so happy to hear that Stanley found a forever home. I wish every dog/cat/critter who suffers from the hands of humans could have such a successful story. My dogs and cats have all come from rescue and each one has been a fabulous companion. God bless all creatures great and small, but mostly those who are so helpless. Thanks so much for sharing this and the Heigl Foundation.
