Loads of Love

I made this card for yesterdays Ways to Use It challenge on SCS. The challenge was to use copics if you have them, which I don't. If you don't have them, you were allowed to use other markers or techniques to mimic them.

I just got some Bic makers that were on sale from Target a few days ago, so that is what I used to color the pickup from Loads of Love (Stampin' Up).

For the background I stamped Lovely as a Tree (Stampin' Up) and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I sponged some color in the background. The panel of the left is a piece of Designer Paper.

The sketch for this card comes from 2 Sketches for You for this week's challenge.

Thanks for looking. Have a great weekend!

HI Theresa,
Such a great card. I love the combination of the stamp sets. I'll have to note that in my Inspiration Journal.

How lovely. You could have used this for our challenge too, because of the 3 brads.

I love that scallop on the top. Nice window view you created.

Bic markers? Well you could have fooled me because I thought that you had used Copic markers. Beautiful coloring. Awesome card.
