I got all my new stamp sets from Gina K Designs (I won two sets and bought three) and now I get to play. This stamp is from a very special stamp set designed by Asela Hopkins, called Flowers For Daisy. Asela's friend, Daisy, is battling cancer and , for a short time, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this set will go to the Amercan Cancer Society in Daisy's name.
This card is ATC sized, 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 to meet the limited supplies challenge this week at SCS. The flower is water colored using Prisma Water Color Pencils. I embossed the image before coloring, to help keep the colors in place.
There is a layer of vellum behind the daisy that was dry embossed with my Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder.
Thanks for coming by.
I hope you have a great day and a happy weekend.

I still didn't cut my sheet and started wondering if there was such a big flower in that set, until I read that this is ATC size.
I like your coloring instead of plain old white for petals.
Love to know where you buy those ribbons.
Isn't it buy 3 get one free? Shouldn't you have got 6 sets total?
I just love your work such a nice card.
that is lovely; the colors are summery and just outright pretty.
