Misty Woods Tutorial

Hello there! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I have another The Northwoods card to share with you today.

To start I stamped the large tree with VersaMark ink on Pure Luxury Sandy Beach card stock, then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

Then I sponged Memento Tangelo ink and Potter's Clay inks.

Sponged Memento Rich Cocoa.

Then stamped the grove of trees using Memento Toffee Crunch.

I layered with Pure Luxury Dark Chocolate and used a Honey Mustard card base (4 ¼ by 5 ½ inches). The sentiment was stamped with Memento Espresso Truffle.

Thanks for visiting. I hope the day rocks your socks!

I love when you sponge in yellow, not too much, not too little - juuuusssst right (wink). I sponged in yellow earlier in the week, and am bummed because I used too much yellow and didn't leave a white border around, so am trying to figure out how to cover parts of it... stumping me.
