Peachy Vase Tutorial and an Invitation!

Hello! It's release day at Gina K Designs and StampTV. That means we are having a release party and all new stamps will become available later today. I hope you can join us at the party, over at StampTV, this evening, 7-9pm Central.  I used my brand new set, Vogue Vases 2, to make this card. It and all the new sets can be found here, once they go live in the store.

 I first cut Pure Luxury Ivory card stock using a Spellbinders™ Nestabilities® Marvelous Squares die template. Then I sponged Memento Cantaloupe ink while still in the die. 

 Next, I sponged Memento Rose Bud over the Cantaloupe, to make it look more like peach.

 I stamped the branch with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored it in with E25.

 I colored the center of the flowers with RV55.

 Then added Y17.

 And filled in with Y000.

Next, I stamped the tall vase on a piece of Sun Kissed Autumn card stock and cut it out.

Then I added some shading with E97 and E93.

I cut another piece of Ivory card stock using the largest die template from Marvelous Squares and sponged it the same way as the first, using Memento Cantaloupe and Rose Bud inks.

The card base is Pure Luxury Just Peachy (4 ¼  by 4 ¼ inches). I adhered the layers with Pop Dots and also used Pop Dots to affix the vase. The sentiment was stamped on Ivory, cut out and adhered with Pop Dots.
