Chic Christmas Tree

Here is a card I made for this weeks challenge at 2Sketches4You and the color challenge at SCS. It is also a case of this card by Jennifer Buck. It was just announced that Jennifer became a member of the Dirty Dozen at SCS. Yay! Congrats to Jennifer. Her work is amazing.

I used the tree from Eco Chic (Unity) and colored it with Koh-i-noor pencils, blended with OMS. I added some red gems to give it a Christmassy feel. There is a layer of Riding Hood Red and an Old Olive layer below that.

I hope you have a great day!

P.S. I just got word from my mom that my grandma is in the hospital. Not sure exactly what the problem is just yet. It might be kidney stones, possibly requiring surgery. She is in terrible pain. If you have a moment to send a prayer or positive thoughts her way, I would so appreciate it.

Thanks, Theresa.
