Wild About You Video

I finally got that video finished and uploaded. I had to do a lot of clipping to get it under the 15 minute limit. My editing skills are somewhat lacking. Oh, and I sound like a dork. Watch at your own risk.

Have a great day!

I think you did a great job! You did not sound like a dork at all. I've been a fan of yours for a long time but never commenting because I thought my comments seemed dorky. Well, if you can do a video & think your a dork, I'll post my dorky comments. :)

Thanks for making and posting this video! I always wanted to see your process for doing these inked panels. Even though I love seeing your step by step photos of each project it's always helpful to see you in action (an no you do NOT sound like a dork!). One question though: is there a particular reason that you stamp your silhouette image with Staz-on rather than continuing to use the Memento?

I have learned SO much from you, you are amazing and Congratulations on your Card Maker publication. I personally think they need to do an entire issue on you and your "art"! Thank you so very much for your work and your beautiful stamps, my cards don't do your stamps justice but I try!

I love your cards and was glad to see you did a video. I loved it and hope you do more of them! I like your voice and see nothing wrong with it. I think we criticize our own work and self more than others. :) Big Hugs!!

I echo everyone's comments! Your video is brilliant! I too love to see a process in action and as I am a huge fan of your sponging techniques, to see them 'live' is just the ticket! DORK?? NO WAY!! (Remember, our voices sound strange to ourselves). More vids pleasae Theresa! xxx

Thank you so very much for making the video! You did a great job and I finally got to see how you sponge these beautiful backgrounds. I've bought all the supplies now I just need to go practice (a LOT).

Great video! I love this card and I must get this stamp set. I've always wondered how to do masking; your sponging techniques make it look easy. I made a Birthday Train card following your tutorial and using your "Happy Camper" and "Life is Good" stamp sets. Your tutorials are great; but your videos and even better. Congratulations on your publication. Thank you for all the inspiration.

@ Caryn S

Thanks, Caryn. I sometimes use Stazon Jet Black because it is a much darker black than Memeneto Tuxedo Black. I particularly like to use it if my background is already fairly dark. It makes the silhouette images stand out a bit better. :)

I loved it and I especilly appreciate the thought process out loud. Nobody likes their recorded voice, but you sound great to the audience, so keep filming. Awesome card BTW. ;))) I want these stamps. LOL

What a great card. Love the video and thank you so much for taking the time and sharing your expertise and technique. I have that same stamp set and will definitely try this method. Any reason that you used the Staz-On ink instead of the memento tuxedo black?

Theresa, I agree with those that have gone before me - the video is perfect -- I can't even tell where you edited; you do not sound like a dork -- although I do know we all sound very different on tape than we think we do! I wondered why you didn't just keep the label die cut on to stamp your tree and giraffes, but I'm guessing you used post it type notes because they are thinner and would not distort the stamped image -- is that right? This really is great!

This is great! I feel like Oliver in the orphanage in Oliver Twist . . . "More please." It's nice to see that someone else likes to use plenty of pop dots. I can never understand when people don't support the entire image. It makes no sense to me.
