Glittered Iris

Hi Stampers! I have a confession. I am a glitter-a-phobe. I always avoid glitter because I don't really feel comfortable knowing where to put it or how much to use. Some of my friends recently found out about my fear of glitter and bullied gently encouraged me to give it a try. I also love all of Jessica's samples for her online card class and those pretty papers that come in her kit. So I ordered a pack of Doodlebug glitter and let the sparkles fly.

Here are the details...

I stamped the irises from Elegant Flowers (Gina K) with Memento ink and colored with Copics. I used Y23, YR02 and YR12 for the flowers.

For the greenery, I used YG03, YG93 and YG95.

After coloring I used my Quickie Glue Pen to add some glue to the parts I wanted the glitter to adhere to, then sprinkled on my glitter.

I used some of the SEI glitter papers included in Jessica's class kit and layered with Pure Luxury Black Onyx.
