Quiet Autumn Card Making Tutorial and Video

Hello! I have a peaceful sponged card to share with you today. I used The Northwoods stamp set, from Gina K Designs, on this card.

I made a video to go with this card, or if you prefer, scroll down to see step by step photos.

To begin, trim ivory cardstock to 4 ½ by 3 ¼ inches, then sponge center with Gina K Sweet Corn ink.

Sponged around the edges using Gina K Honey Mustard ink.

Sponge around the edges using Gina K Kraft ink.

Using the tree grove image, from The Northwoods, stamp using Gina K Black ink.

Stamp a second image on sticky notes to make a mask, then trim along tree line to make a horizon line.

Place mask over original stamped image and sponge Gina K Dark Chocolate ink.

Remove mask and sponge more Dark Chocolate ink around sides and top.

Use Copic markers E25 and E27 to add shadows beneath trees.

Stamp deer, also from The Northwoods, using Gina K Black ink.

Use E25 and E27 to add shadow below the deer.

Layer with Pure Luxury Dark Chocolate cardstock and adhere to a Kraft card base (5 ½ by 4 ¼ inches). Stamp sentiment, from Vogue Vases 2, on a strip of ivory cardstock and where using 3D Foam Squares.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful day!
