All of us at Gina K. Designs welcome you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! The Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas. And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of deeply etched, pre-cut Gina K. Designs stamps along with other items valued at up to $25.00! (To see the full list of winners check the Big News forum at Stamp TV a couple of days after the hops.)Hello! Today is our 3rd day of blog hops with the new release stamps from Gina K Designs. We are featuring two more stamp sets today. First is the new free with three set, Fall Foliage. You get this set for free if you order three stamp sets from Gina K Designs! I love the images in this set. I'm crazy for anything nature and I always love fall colors.
For the background on my card, I stamped a few of the leaves using VersaMark clear ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The embossing resists ink, so when I sponged with Memento inks, the leaf prints show through. I stamped the sentiment and cut out with a Spellbinders™ Labels Four die template. I inked up one of the leaves with Memento inks, then stamped on Pure Luxury Ivory and cut out. I adhered the leaf to the sentiment with Pop Dots and layered with Pure Luxury Chocolate Brown. The corner details are from Spellbinders Marvelous Squares.
My next card uses images from the wonderful new StampTV Kit, Sun-Kissed Autumn. This kit is filled with whimsical fall images, perfect for the whole season. More details about my card below, but first be sure to visit the rest of the team for more inspiration...

I stamped the owl with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then began coloring with my E53 Copic marker.
Added E51.
Filled in the main part of the body with E31.
Then began the shading with E57.
Added E55.
Then I made a circle around the eyes, trying to leave a small band of white just around the pupil.
Added Y21.
Then added Y000. After coloring, I cut out the owl.
I made a 4 ¼ by 5 ½ inch card base from Pure Luxury Lovely Lavender card stock and cut an oval, using Spellbinders™ Oval Nestabilities®, from scratch paper. I used reposition-able tape to hold the paper in place on my card base and sponged Memento Grape Jelly ink inside the mask.
Then I stamped the branch, using Memento Rich Cocoa.
Here you can see what it looked like when I removed the mask.
Then I embossed a frame in the card base with Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics B. I cut a circle, using Spellbinders Circle die template and adhered it above the branch, then adhered the owl over that, using Pop Dots. I used Spellbinders Fancy Framed Tags 2 for the sentiment, using Pure Luxury Vibrant Purple for the framed piece.
Thanks for dropping by. I hope you have a wonderful day!
