I stamped the snowman with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used Copics to color, starting with E00.
I added E51.
Then deepened the shading with E53.
I started wtih BV00 on the scarf and also used it to add a tiny bit of shading to the snowman body.
Added BV13.
For the nose I used YR07, for the hearts I used R24 and for the stars, Y17. After coloring, I cut out the image.
I stamped the trees on a small scrap of paper. The trees have long trunks, but I only planned to use the top portion, so I didn't bother stamping the complete image. I began coloring with G21.
Added G24.
Then added G28. After coloring, I cut out the trees.
I cut the background to 4 1/4 by 3 inches and masked off the bottom portion with sticky notes that I had trimmed some curves into. Then I sponged Memento Summer Sky ink.
Sponged Memento Danube Blue.
I used the same sticky notes, positioned differently and masked lower on the background, then sponged more Memento Summer Sky.
Removed the sticky notes and sponged Memento Danube Blue around the edges.
I adhered the trees to the background, then used Pop Dots to adhere the snowman.
Used C1 and C3 to add some shadows in the snow.
I layered with Pure Luxury Black Onyx and stamped the sentiment on Pure Luxury White. I formed the card base to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches using Pure Luxury Little Boy Blue. I added the score lines with my Scor-Buddy.
Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a great day!
