Hello Monday morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I have another sympathy card. I find it too hard to make these when I need them, so I try to have a few on hand.
First I cut a circle from a sticky note, using Nestabilities, to use as a mask for the moon. Then I used my jumbo sponge dauber and sponged Memento Lulu Lavender.
Sponged Memento Summer Sky.
Sponged Memento Danube Blue.
Sponged Memento Paris Dusk.
I removed the circle and then used the sticky note that I had cut the circle from and masked the sky around the moon. Then I used a craft sponge wedge to dab some Memento London Fog ink to add texture to the moon.
I removed the mask and stamped the trees, from Follow Your Dreams, with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I turned the stamp upside down and stamped a second time without re-inking to make the reflection.
I used two sticky notes, the top one with a torn edge, to mask the top and bottom and sponged Memento Tuxedo Black ink to create a land mass.
I layered with Pure Luxury Black Onyx and used a Baby Boy Blue card base. The sentiment is from Garden Silhouettes.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful day!
