Happy Friday! Last night was the March release party for Gina K Designs. You can find all the fun threads at StampTV, with stamp set reveals and design team samples. This month we are mixing things up with blog hops following the release and today we are featuring two stamp sets you can only get for Free!
My first sample uses a very special StampTV Anniversary stamp set, Celebrate in Style. This stamp set is free with any purchase over $35 for the entire month. Click here for details!
I used some of the gorgeous designer paper from the new StampTV kit (we'll be featuring the new kit on Wednesday!), to paper piece the skirt, then used Copic markers to add some shading. The bodice is also colored with Copics and I added a little gem to the flower. The background was cut using Petite Oval Nestabilities and sponged with Memento Angel Pink ink while still in the die. Then I layered with more of that fab designer paper and Pure Luxury Passionate Pink card stock. The card base is base weight white.
Next up is the new Free With Three stamp set, Stenciled Silhouettes. This stamp set is free with the purchase of three stamp sets. Click here for details!
I inked up the silhouette flowers using Memento Markers, then stamped. Next I sponged a little Memento Bamboo Leaves along the bottom. The tilted layer is more designer paper from the new StampTV kit and the next layer was made using the bling flower from Melanie's new Bring the Bling stamp set (we'll be featuring that one on Monday). I stamped the flower and little bling dot on Pure Luxury Sweet Corn using Memento Tangelo ink. I back the layers and made the card base using Pure Luxury Fresh Asparagus.
For more inspiration, be sure to see what the rest of the team has to show you...
