Gina K Previews - Day 3

Hello! Today the Gina K Designs team is sharing previews of the new StampTV Kit, Sent With Love! You are going to love the cute, whimsical images in this set, and the wonderful contents! Each week Gina will be posting a video tutorial on how to make a project using images from the kit.

Check out what the rest of the design team has to show you...
Tomorrow we preview two more stamp sets then then we have the release party at StampTV, from 7-10pm Central. I hope you'll join us for lots of chatting, contest questions, challenges and full stamp reveals.
I'm afraid all of my sponging photos came out blurry, but here are a few step by step photos from my project...

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then colored with Copics, starting with E59.

Added E57.

Filled in with E35.

For the heart leaves, I used R27. After coloring, I cut out the image.

For my background, I cut a mask from scratch paper, to mask off the sky, leaving a mound exposed in the foreground. I sponged that with Memento New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves. Then I removed the mask and sponged Memento Summer Sky for the sky. I adhered the tree using Pop Dots and added a shadow using my W3 Copic marker.

I layered with Pure Luxury Red Hot and used a Kraft card base. The sentiment layers were cut with oval Nestabilities. I added twine (thanks, Bren) and a button to embellish.

Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a great day!
