For my projects, I made a card and matching altered mini composition book. I just cut a piece of Chocolate Kiss cardstock to cover the composition book and then dressed it up the same way I did the card. I embossed the "notes" stamp with gold embossing powder. More details below.

Then, tune in to the newest StampTV video available tomorrow morning at StampTV as Gina will be sharing a special project she made with the new kit too!
Now to show you how I made my card...
I stamped the moth with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used Copics to color it, starting with E39.
Added YR14.
Then added E53.
Then filled in most of the way with Y21, leaving just a few highlights un-colored.
I softened the highlights with my blender pen. Then I used E59 and E55 on the moth body.
After coloring, I cut out the moths, trimming away the antennae.
For the background, I started by sponging Memento Cantaloupe ink.
Then sponged Memento New Sprout.
Sponged Memento Bamboo Leaves.
Then sponged just a tiny bit of Memento Rich Cocoa along the very edges.
Used two of the image stamps from the kit, stamped with Tuxedo Black and New Sprout.
I determined the placement I wanted for the moths, then stamped them with Tuxedo Black, so they would have antennae after I adhered them.
I added the moths to the background using Pop Dots, then layered with Pure Luxury Black Onyx, Sweet Corn and used a Chocolate Kiss base (all from the kit). The sentiment was stamped on Pure Luxury Ivory and sponged with Rich Cocoa, and cut using my new Labels 4 Nestabilities. The green stitched ribbon is also from the kit. We also will be releasing smaller individual packs of black buttons and white buttons, which is where the button on my card is from. The twine is from my stash.
Thanks for coming by. One more sneak peek tomorrow and then it'll be time for the party in the Gina K forums at Split Coast at 7pm Central, Thursday evening. Hope to see you there.
Have a great day!
