Start by stamping the snowman image, from Let it Snow, onto white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
Begin coloring with Copic marker C5.
Switch to C3 and blend out.
Switch to C1 and continue to blend out into the center.
For the hat, start with R46.
Add R27.
Continue with R24.
Fill in with R22.
For the band on the hat, start with N7.
Add N5.
Fill in with N3.
Begin with B24 on the tie.
Then fill in with 22.
For the broom, start with Y23.
Then use E59 for the handle.
Add some shading with E35. After coloring, us scissors to cut out the image.
Trim white cardstock to 4 1/4 by 11 inches and score at 5 1/2 inches. This will be your card base, but don't fold and crease yet. Cut a curvy line in a sticky note and mask the bottom of the card base front. Sponge along the edge of the mask using Gina K Powder Blue ink.
Add a second mask, slightly above and first and sponge again with Powder Blue ink.
Stamp the smaller tree, from The Northwoods, using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, but stamp off the image onto scratch paper first, to make it lighter.
Remove the top mask and then stamp the larger tree, once again, stamping off first to make the image lighter.
Remove the mask, then fold and crease the card base. Adhere the snowman image and stamp the sentiment using Powder Blue ink.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope your day is fab!
