Blue Moonrise Tutorial

Hello. Today I have a scene card using images from By The Sea 2.

I started by cutting a circle using Spellbinders® Classic Circles and trimmed a section away, then used the circle as a mask. Then I sponged using Memento Summer Sky ink.

Then sponged Memento Danube Blue ink.

And sponged just a bit of Memento Paris Dusk at the top and bottom.

Using sticky notes, I masked the top and sponged very lightly along the horizon line with Memento Danube Blue.

I removed the masks and stamped the dock with Memento Tuxedo Black.

Then I used N3 to draw in a shadow beneath the dock and used B21 and B23 to add some waves to the water.

Then I stamped the seagulls and seagrass, also with Memento Tuxedo Black.

I layered with Pure Luxury Black Onyx card stock and used Pure Luxury Powder Blue for the 5 ½ by 4 ¼ inch card base.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful day.
