And now a bit about the new StampTV kit, Spring Parade. This new kit has four mini stamp sets, plus a wonderful assortment of ribbons, pattern paper, cardstock and embellishments. For my card, I used images from one of the mini sets in the kit, Dreams Take Flight.
Before I get to the details about my card, be sure to see what the rest of the team have to show you…

As you hop along, make sure you leave a comment on all blogs because on Friday we will choose one Winner to win this awesome StampTV kit!! Just check back in a couple of days on StampTV and check the Big News forum to see if you are the winner!
I started with a simple white card base (4 ¼ by 5 ½ inches), made using Pure Luxury White card stock. I used sticky notes to mask the top and bottom, leaving a band across the middle where I began by sponging Memento Lulu Lavender ink.
Then I sponged Memento Grape Jelly.
Then sponged Memento Paris Dusk.
Next, I stamped the flowers, twice. I inked up the stamp using Memento Bamboo Leaves and Grape Jelly.
Next I stamped the dragonfly on a piece of white cardstock using Memento Grape Jelly.
Then I used my Quickie Glue pen over the inner wings and added iridescent glitter.
Next I cut out the wings only.
I stamped the butterfly again, this time on the card, next to the flowers.
Then adhered the cut out wings over the second stamped image.
I stamped the sentiment at the bottom and added an Asparagus ribbon, tied in the bow to finish.
Thanks for visiting and thank you so much for all the well wishes about my foot. Have a great day!
