To make my card, I stamped the birdhouse, from Birds and Blossoms, using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then I began coloring using my Y17 Copic marker.

 Added Y21.

Filled in with Y11, then added a touch of YR04 to the center of the flowers for a little more depth.

 Used YG95 on the leaves.

Then for the birdhouse, I began with E29.

 Added W5.

 Then W3.

 And filled in with W1

The contrast was a little sharp between the W5 and E25, so I used E55 to blend. After coloring, I cut out the image.

I cut Pure Luxury Ivory card stock using Spellbinders™Nestabilities® A2 Matting Basics A, then sponged with the card stock still in the die template, using Memento Cantaloupe ink.

 Then sponged Memento Angel Pink.

I removed the card stock from the die template, used sticky notes to mask the edges, then stamped the smaller silhouette branch, using Memento Desert Sand ink.

Then used the second branch image and stamped more images.

Stamped the silhouette bird using Memento Rich Cocoa.

Then I used  Toffee Crunch and Desert Sand Memento markers to color over the stems and bases of the leaves on the branches, giving them a little more dimension. I used Desert Sand on all the branches, but only used Toffee Crunch on the lower left branch so it would stand out a bit more.

The birthday sentiment, from Sweet Treats (the new free with 3 set) was stamped using Memento Rich Cocoa. I adhered the bird house using Pop Dots. The card base (4 ¼ by 5 ½ inches) is Pure Luxury Just Peachy. I layered with Pure Luxury Dark Chocolate and embossed a  frame on the card base using a larger die template from A2 Matting Basics A.

Thanks for helping us celebrate Gina's birthday. I hope you all have a wonderful day!
