To start my card, I stamped the calla lily, using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, on Pure Luxury White card stock. For the stamen, I began coloring with my Y15 Copic marker.
Then added Y17.
On the main part of the flower and stem, I began coloring with YG21.
Then added Y21.
I added some shading with W5.
Then added Y000.
For the stem, I added G03 on top of the YG21.
Then some deeper shading with G07. I colored a second calla lily the same way, then cut out both flowers.
Using Spellbinders™ Classic Oval Nestabilities®, I cut and embossed Pure Luxury Ivory card stock and then sponged Memento Cantaloupe ink while still in the die template.
I stamped a solid foliage image using Memento Bamboo Leaves ink, but stamped off on scratch paper before stamping on the oval background, to make the image lighter.
I cut, embossed and stenciled another oval, this time using the smallest die template from Spellbinders Grand Decorative Ovals.
Then I used Fancy Tags 2 to cut and emboss more ivory card stock, then again sponged Memento Cantaloupe ink while still in the die template.
Next, I used Pure Luxury Sweet Corn to make into a 4 ¼ by 5 ½ card base. I used my Scor-Buddy to add some decorative score lines at the top and bottom of the card base, then adhered the layers using Pop Dots. The sentiment, also from Elegant Florals, was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
