One other bit of info I forgot to mention in my last post, in case any of you haven't heard the news… Gina K Designs stamp are now available in Clear!
Now you have a choice!
You can choose our deeply etched, precut rubber goodness and the highest quality clear photopolymer stamps on the market!
The first clear stamps we will be offering are these 7 sets released this past Thursday. Then, over time, we will release some of our best sellers from the past. All of our new releases going forward will be available in both clear and rubber.
Next up is such a fun new set from Rupa Shevde, called Enjoy the Journey. This will be a wonderful stamp set for so many travel occasions, farewell, miss you, retirement, etc. The images are beautifully drawn and the versatility will allow you to combine this with many other of your Gina K Designs stamp sets, to design perfectly themed cards. For my project today, I made a gift tag. I used several images from the set to create the background, the cut out the label image and popped it up with Pop Dots.
The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop!!! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of deeply etched, pre-cut Gina K. Designs stamps! To see the full list of winners check the Big News forum at Stamp TV a couple of days after the hops!!

To make the fish card, I cut a piece of Pure Luxury White card stock to 3 1//4 by 5 inches and sponged Memento Summer Sky from the top. It's hard to see in this photo, but I also cut a curvy line in a piece of scratch paper to use as a mask at the bottom. I reserved the other piece of the mask to use later.
Next, I sponged Memento Bahama Blue, working up from the mask.
Then sponged Memento Teal Zeal from the mask and working up.
I removed the bottom mask and used the reserved mask to cover the top, then sponged Memento Desert Sand.
Sponged Memento Toffee Crunch.
Then I removed the top mask and stamped the seaweed with Memento Pistachio.
I added a little shading to the seaweed with my YG95 Copic marker, then added some texture to the seafloor with my Memento Desert Sand and Rich Cocoa markers.
I stamped the blue tang fish (this fish can be color many ways to look like a variety of tang fish), using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, the filled in with B21.
Added B23.
Added B24.
Added B26.
For the clownfish, I colored with Y17.
Added YR04.
Added YR07.
Used W5 to add some shading.
Then used C3 to shade the white stripes.
For the starfish, I began with Y21.
Added Y17.
Then added E35. After coloring, I cut out all three images.
The three images were adhered to the background with Pop Dots, then the background was layered with Pure Luxury Black Onyx. The card base is Ocean Mist, 4 ¼ by 5 ½ inches.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a happy day!
