The other set I have to share with you today is Beach Bum, from Rupa Shevde. This set has a wonderful assortment of things you would find at the beach. This will be a great set for scrapbooking those fun vacation photos. The sentiments will work perfectly for scrapbooking, too!
I just love this surfboard and covered it with Cystal Lacquer to make it shiny. I'll share the step by step details for this card in a few days.

To make my Botanicals card, I started by sponging Memento Desert Sand ink on Pure Luxury White cardstock.
I inked the scripted background with Memento Rich Cocoa, then stamped off once on scratch paper before stamping on my cardstock.
Stamped the silhouette with Memento Bamboo Leaves.
I decided the background needed a little more sponging, so I sponged a bit of Rich Cocoa around the edges.
To add a bit of dimension to the botanical image, I added some shading with Copic marker YG99. I just made a quick swipe with my marker along the edge of the stem and along the right side of each of the berries.
Then I did the same with YG95, placing my swipes just to the left of the YG99, to blend just a tad.
Then I added some highlights with my white gel pen, on the right side of each berry.
I layered with Pure Luxury Chocolate Brown, Ivory and Tan Leather. I stamped the sentiment from Botanicals, with Rich Cocoa ink and cut it out with circle and scallop circle Nestabilities. The ribbon is from a past StampTV kit and the button is from the Neutrals Button Assortment and I used Jute Twine to tie a bow on the button.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great day!
