Guest Designer Cathy Edgar

Hello! Today I have a wonderful project to show you, created by my fabulous guest designer, Cathy Edgar. Cathy made this gorgeous scrapbook page, using my new set, Timeless Treasures.

Cathy used several of the images from the set to create a beautiful vintage background, and added lace and beaded pearls and die cut shapes to dress it up.

Here is what Cathy wrote about the page...
The picture is of my fraternal grandparents Anna Bowling Clausen and Peter Franklin Clausen. This is their wedding photo taken for their May 26, 1908 wedding.

The sentiment with Married May 26, 1908 is in my grandmother's handwriting and scanned from the back of the photo folder. I love that I have things that she wrote to include.
Isn't that an absolutely fabulous idea to include her grandmother's handwriting! I'm going to start scanning the backs of all my old photos that have handwriting on them, to include on my pages. What a great way to accent your heritage scrapbook pages.

Cathy also has a few more projects to share with you on her blog today, so hop on over for some more great Timeless Treasures inspiration. I just peeked at them, and they are fabulous!

Thanks for stopping by. I hope your day is wonderful!
