You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management.
So, do you have a privacy policy that addresses third party cookies? Do you even know what that means? That's okay, I found a site that will explain it somewhat and gives you a sample privacy policy that you can use on your website or blog. Make sure you get a privacy policy up as soon as possible and be sure there is a link to it from any page that displays adsense ads.
If you have a blogger blog and want to add it to a post, but don't want to have it show up as a recent post, just go into "post options" and change the post date to sometime in the past. Give it a label called "privacy policy" and it should show up in your category list if you have one. If you don't use labels, then view the post and copy the permalink to it. You can add the link to a link list or put it in a page element of it's own.
If your site utilizes CSS then it is a simple matter to add it to your menu or a footer.
The card above is made using an SU set, One of a Kind (my sister's stamp set). I stamped the bottom on Groovy Guava, using Groovy Guava ink and an SU wheel, It's Beautiful. I also used Chocolate Chip ink, paper, and grosgrain ribbon, and Purely Pomegranate ink & paper.
Edited to fix a link that didn't work. Sorry to anyone that tried to follow that broken link.
