Gina K March Preview Blog Hop

Hello! It's release time at Gina K and we are having blog hops this week to give you a preview of what is coming out on Thursday. Today we are featuring my newest stamp set, called Framescapes - Window of Wishes.  You'll be able to beautiful window scenes using the images in this set and you'll also be able to combine it with my past Framescapes sets (or any scene images) for an endless variety of compositions.

For my first card, I sponged a simple background, added a few branches and then placed a cut out flower pot of daffodils on the windowsill. Here is a video I made for this card.

On this card I did another sponged background, then stamped the window directly onto it. I used a Copic marker to fill in the window image, creating a more masculine look.

For my third card, I created a really loose watercolor scene, adding in some pops of color in the foreground to look like fields of flowers. I hadn't used watercolors in a long time and this was so fun and fast to do!

I hope you can join the team Thursday at 7pm Central over at StampTV for our release party. And be sure to comment on all the blogs for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to Gina K Designs. The winner will be announced at the release party on Thursday. Good luck!

Gina K Designs Stamp -n-Foil Blog Ho[

Hi there everyone! We have a really fun blog hop today to share ideas for the new Gina K and Thermo-Web line. I know you have all seen great projects featuring Gina K foiling by now, but this new release is extra special because it include coordinating stamps. Yay!

For my first card, I used the Butterfly Kisses stamp set and Foil Mates.  I also added in the leafy branch from Where Flowers Bloom.  These images are so beautiful and coordinate wonderfully together.

And here is a close up so you can see how spectacular the gorgeous foils are. I still can't believe we can create something so professional looking right at home!

On this card I used stamps and Foil Mates from the Time to Celebrate collections. I colored in the cake and candles with Copic markers and then used Foil Mates to add some sparkle to the sentiment and background.

Here is a close up for this card. I love how sparkly the confetti looks.

On my final card, I used the Where Flowers Bloom Foil Mates. I did a bit of Copic coloring to the images before foiling.

Here is a close up for this card, too.

I hope you have enjoyed the hop and found some inspiration. Make sure to stop by Gina's blog to see how you could win a fab prize. If you haven't hopped yet, be sure to visit all the blogs below for more inspiration!
