Spring Anniversary Trees Tutorial

Hello there and happy Friday! My card today was inspired by this gorgeous spring card made by my mom. I used The Northwoods stamp set, which is back in stock. Yay!

To begin, I cut and embossed Pure Luxury White card stock using Spellbinders™ Nestabilities® A2 Distressed Edges. Then I sponged lightly in the center using Memento Cantaloupe ink.

Then I sponged Memento Bamboo Leaves.

Sponged Memento Summer Sky.

Then I sponged very lightly at the top with Memento Paris Dusk.

I stamped the trees using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

Then I masked the horizon with a sticky note and sponged just a bit more with Memento Bamboo Leaves.

Used an N3 Copic marker to draw in shadows.

Then a YG05 Copic to color in the trees.

And YG95 to add more color to the trees.

I layered with Pure Luxury Fresh Asparagus. The white card base is 5 ½ by 4 ¼ inches.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great weekend!
