Blossom Tutorial and Gina K Blog Hop

Hello! It's the second day of our blog hop to introduce the new Gina K Designs StampTV Kit, Spring Parade. The new kit is now available at the Gina K Store. For my card I used one of the mini stamp sets, included with the kit, called Blossom.

Before I get to the details about my card, be sure to see what the rest of the team have to show you…

As you hop along, make sure you leave a comment on all blogs because on Friday we will choose one Winner to win this awesome StampTV kit!! Just check back in a couple of days on StampTV and check the Big News forum to see if you are the winner!

I started my card by cutting and embossing Pure Luxury Ivory cardstock, using a Spellbinders™ A2 Matting Basics A die template. Then I sponged Gina K Fresh Asparagus ink at the bottom.

Next, I sponged Gina K Innocent Pink from the top.

I stamped the tall flowers, using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then I removed the die template and used sticky notes to protect the edges, before stamping the blossom image several times at the bottom, with Gina K Fresh Asparagus.

I used a Stardust Glitter pen to add some sparkle to the flowers.

I layered with Pure Luxury Just Peachy and used Dark Chocolate for the card base (4 ¼ by 5 ½). I also embossed a frame on the the card base, using a larger Matting Basics A die template. The sentiment was stamped on ivory, cut out and adhered using 3D Foam Squares.

Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a wonderful day!
