Butterfly Bingo VSN

Hello and Happy Monday to you all! I have another VSN card to share today. The challenge was to use a grid on your project, so I used my scor-pal to create an embossed grid on the purple layer.

Here are a few details...
I used a butterfly from Take Flight (Gina K) and colored using Copic markers. I started with V06 along the out edges of the wings and right up against the body.

Then I added V04 and blended out from the V06, working in small circles.

Next I added V12.

Then I used V01 in the lightest areas and my colorless blender to lift a little color from the very lightest areas. I used V15 to go back over the darkest areas to add a little dimension.

For the background, I used a piece of Pure Luxury White cardstock and sponged So Saffron, Apricot Appeal and More Mustard to the upper portion and So Saffron, Certainly Celery and Old Olive to the bottom portion.

I used the branch stamp from Tropical Flowers to frame the image somewhat and used a stamp from Tag Lines for the sentiment. The ovals for the sentiment were cut with Nestabilities.

Thank you for visiting. I hope your day is filled with happy smiles!
